What I Do

I don’t have a magic Black Box or a Proprietary Process™ with a hard-to-pronounce, trademarked name. Those things don’t really work. And they can get in the way of creating a process that works for clients.

I have an approach and a set of operating principles. I’m able to customize that approach depending on what you need. Less research? More collaboration? A broader remit? A quicker result? Any of those are possible when you’re not beholden to some mystical way of working. I can assemble my services based on your budget, your timing, your current state, your decision making process… whatever is most relevant to your situation. Turns out, that’s the process that works best for me too.
